Shipping Policy Disclaimer

The Spirituals Bodega does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. You must file a claim directly with the courier. When items arrive damaged, you must file a claim directly with the courier. Upon pickup from us, the courier assumes responsibility for the package. If you wish to have your package insured over and above what is covered by the courier, please send an email to info@thespiritualsbodega.com as soon as you receive your confirmation email along with your order number. Please be aware that this is an additional service that is provided by the courier and there is an additional charge that will be discussed via email before finalizing.

An email confirmation should be sent immediately after the purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact info@thespiritualsbodega.com. It usually happens when an incorrect email address is entered or when it goes to spam.
 

As part of the fulfillment process, the shipping label is created first. Tracking information is then emailed to you. Fulfillment can take up to 5 business days. Shipping time is not included in Fulfillment time. We estimate your shipping time based on the time it takes the courier to pick up your order from us, and the shipping service you selected at checkout. Spirituals Bodega does not control package arrival timeframes.
 

Courier insurance is included with USPS Priority Mail and International Mail packages. USPS First Class Mail and International Mail do not include insurance.
 

Refunds will be given on packages marked "Return to Sender" minus shipping and handling costs.

The Spirituals Bodega is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses provided by the customer during the checkout process. In the event that a package is marked as “delivered,” it is not eligible for refunds or replacements. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the courier if you have not received items marked as "Delivered." Parcels marked as "Abandoned" are not eligible for a refund or replacement. A claim cannot be filed on abandoned parcels.
