Refund Policy Disclaimer

The Spirituals Bodega operates with a primarily "all sales final" policy. Refunds are generally not available for purchases made 30 days after your package is received.

Refund Exceptions

Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or malfunctioning upon arrival, you can exchange it for a replacement of the same item. For details on the exchange process, contact The Spirituals Bodega via email at info@thespiritualsbodega.com.
 

Unopened Domestic Packages Returned to Sender: If your order is a domestic shipment (within the US) and it's returned to The Spirituals Bodega marked "Return to Sender" because you never received it or refused delivery of an unopened package, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Open Package Return Policy Disclaimer

 There are no refunds for opened items, even if they are defective. In such cases, you should contact The Spirituals Bodega at info@thespiritualsbodega.com for information on possible exchanges.
